Our custodial service is focused on commercial businesses. We do office cleaning for commercial and industrial businesses. Cleaning offices is a process to remove germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces. We use water and cleaning products by hand or machine. We sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors. This is a general regular cleaning, and it does not kill the Coronavirus.

Hardwood Floor Care & Maintenance
(1) Ceramic Tile Floor – We clean the grout lines on your floor. First, we inspect to see if the sealer is on.
(2) VCT Tile Floor – We are expert on this type of floor. We can restore your tile floor. We can apply the wax on the floor. There are number of steps to be taking in the process of applying wax.
(3) Wooden Floor – We can restore your wooden floor depending on the floor. We will analyze the floor to see if there is a treatment with polyurethane, and the stains are reversible.
Carpet Cleaning
(1) Encapsulation – This is a foam cleaning, using less water and dry faster.
(2) Bonnet Carpet Cleaning – This is a deep cleaning of soil using a heavy-duty machine.
(3) Hot Water Extraction Carpet Cleaning - This is using a high-pressure machine with hot water with agitation brush.
(4) Dry Carpet Cleaning – This is using dry carpet cleaning compound or powders. We are not recommending this type of cleaning due to the Pandemic.
